Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the DEEP Education Network platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

DEEP Education Network provides professional development resources, courses, and community features for educators. You agree to:

  • Use the platform for lawful educational purposes only
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Respect intellectual property rights of all content
  • Engage respectfully with other community members
  • Not share or distribute access codes without authorization

3. Intellectual Property

All content, courses, materials, and resources provided on the DEEP Education Network platform are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Training Access Codes

Training access codes are provided for specific programs and are subject to expiration dates and usage limits. Access codes are non-transferable and should not be shared publicly.

6. Paid Live Workshops

A workshop booking is personal to the named attendee. Joining links must not be published or shared. You may transfer a place to another person before the relevant workshop begins by emailing education@deepprofessional.com so that we can issue the correct personal access.

Workshop descriptions, dates, times, included recordings and packs form part of the booking. Attendees are responsible for a suitable device and internet connection. If DEEP does not provide a workshop or included material as described, the remedies in the refund policy below apply.

7. Workshop Refunds and Cancellations

  • Before a workshop begins: email us before its advertised start time for a full refund of an individual evening. For the full-week booking, you may cancel the whole booking before the first evening begins for a full refund.
  • After the week has started: full-week customers may cancel any remaining evening before that evening begins. We will refund $10 for each cancelled evening, up to the amount originally paid.
  • After an evening begins: non-attendance, late arrival, or a problem with the attendee's own device or connection is not normally refundable when the promised recording and pack are supplied. This does not limit any mandatory legal right.
  • If DEEP cancels: you may choose the rescheduled session or a refund for the affected evening. If the whole series is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
  • If delivery is defective: where a problem attributable to DEEP prevents the workshop or included material being supplied as described, we will re-perform the service correctly, provide a suitable replacement, or issue a full or proportionate refund as appropriate.

Request a cancellation or refund at education@deepprofessional.com using the email address on the booking. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Stripe advises that they normally appear within 5–10 business days, depending on the bank.

8. Statutory Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to a service that is not provided, is defective, or is materially different from its advertised description.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DEEP Education Network shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of, or inability to use, the service. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms for future use of the platform. The version accepted at checkout applies to that paid booking. The current workshop terms version is 2026-07-29.
